PDFs need a careful pass
Page sizes, promotional blocks, and multi-label sheets can make batch printing harder to prepare.
THE SELLER WORKSPACE
Get marketplace PDFs ready for thermal printing, review Meesho and Flipkart reports, and keep payout checks in one browser based workspace.
THE DAY TO DAY
One file needs a crop. Another arrives with unfamiliar columns. A payout still needs to match the bank entry.
Page sizes, promotional blocks, and multi-label sheets can make batch printing harder to prepare.
Marketplace exports vary. Totals depend on mapping the right columns and checking what the source actually includes.
References and dates may differ between settlement and bank files, leaving rows for a person to resolve.
Label prep, report review, product costs, and payout checks often live in separate places.
AVAILABLE WORKFLOWS
Each tool shows what it can read, where you need to review, and what you can take away.
MEESHO · PDF
Set a thermal size and inspect every page before you print.
The snagPromotional blocks can vary from file to file.
How it worksAdjust crop margins yourself and keep the full address and barcode in view. Promotional content is not removed automatically.
You getA 4 × 6 or 3 × 5 inch PDF, one output page for each source page.
FLIPKART · PDF
Fit source pages to a thermal label size and review flagged sheets.
The snagSome source PDFs contain more than one label on a page.
How it worksInspect the preview and adjust the crop. Multi-label sheets are flagged for review; they are not split automatically.
You getA print-size PDF that preserves the one-source-page to one-output-page relationship.
AMAZON INDIA · PDF
Review pages and keep optional order and SKU notes beside the label.
The snagSelectable text can be missing or inconsistent in a label PDF.
How it worksCheck any suggested fields, add missing values yourself, and optionally assign running numbers.
You getA resized label PDF plus an optional order/SKU assignment CSV.
MEESHO · XLSX / XLS / CSV
Map the columns in a Meesho export before you calculate totals.
The snagReport layouts and deduction signs can vary.
How it worksChoose the fields that match your source, select how deductions are signed, and review warnings.
You getA normalized workbook and a partial contribution estimate from the fields you mapped.
FLIPKART · XLSX / XLS / CSV
Check mapped sales, costs, and deductions from a Flipkart export.
The snagHeaders change across exports and not every cost is present.
How it worksConfirm the suggested column mappings, check missing fields, and inspect the estimate.
You getA normalized workbook and a contribution estimate based only on mapped source data.
PAYOUT + BANK FILE · XLSX / XLS / CSV
Compare marketplace payout rows with entries from a bank statement.
The snagReferences and dates do not always line up cleanly.
How it worksReview suggested matches, resolve unmatched rows, and confirm decisions yourself.
You getA reconciliation workbook with the matches and exceptions you reviewed.
SELLER RECORDS · SESSION ONLY
Record product costs by SKU and effective date. They remain a separate seller-maintained list and are not automatically applied to older P&L reports.
A CLEAR THREE STEP ROUTE
Open a label, profit report, SKU cost, or settlement tool that matches the file you already have.
Inspect label pages, confirm spreadsheet mappings, and check any warnings before continuing.
Download a prepared PDF or workbook, then verify the file before printing or using the figures.
FINANCIAL CLARITY
Map the sales, fees, shipping, refunds, and other costs present in your marketplace export. The estimate uses only confirmed source columns. SKU catalog entries are separate and are not automatically applied to reports.
See the report analyzerExample only. A real result depends on mapped source data and seller provided costs.
WHY PAKKA OPS
Shipping networks, inventory suites, and marketplace analytics products serve different needs. Pakka Ops focuses on a narrower set of day to day tasks: prepare a PDF, map a report, note product costs, and review a payout file in one place.
Explore the dashboardLabel steps and report options reflect the source workflow you choose.
Page previews, editable field mappings, and match review keep key decisions visible.
Files are read locally in the current workflows. No account history or direct marketplace sync is part of the app today.

Pakka Ops is a browser based set of seller tools for preparing marketplace label PDFs, reviewing Meesho and Flipkart reports, recording SKU costs, and comparing settlement files.
Label preparation supports Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon India. The current profit and loss analyzer supports Meesho and Flipkart. Settlement matching works from files you provide; it does not connect directly to a marketplace or bank.
Open the label studio, choose the marketplace, add PDF files, select 4 × 6 or 3 × 5 inches, inspect the crop and barcode, confirm your visual review, and prepare the PDF. Print one test label before printing a batch.
Yes. A batch can contain up to 12 PDF files, with a 40 MB limit per file. Each source page becomes one output page.
Label tools accept PDF. The profit and loss analyzer and settlement reconciliation accept XLSX, XLS, or CSV files. Spreadsheet workbooks over 30 MB are rejected by the report reader.
It reads a Meesho or Flipkart workbook in your browser, suggests possible column mappings, and waits for you to confirm them before calculating. Results depend on the selected fields and the quality of the source report.
Not yet. You can record SKU costs in the catalog, but those records do not automatically flow into historical report calculations. A complete per-SKU contribution view is planned.
The analyzer uses the fee, shipping, return, refund, and other deduction columns that you map from the report. It cannot infer missing values. Contribution profit is an estimate, not an accounting statement.
Yes. Provide a marketplace settlement file and a bank statement file. The tool suggests matches and leaves uncertain or unmatched rows for your review.
The current tools read files in your browser and do not send their contents to a Pakka server. Working files and results stay in the active browser session; they are not saved as account history.
You can clear or replace the active file or batch in its tool. Reloading or closing the dashboard clears the current in-memory work.
No pricing or paid plans have been published. Current tools open without a sign-in step; that does not establish a future pricing policy.
No. Open the dashboard in a modern browser. The current file workflows run in the browser and do not require a desktop app or extension.
The tool shows an error for the affected file or report. Review the message, try a supported file, or export a smaller or cleaner source file. It does not create a successful result from unreadable data.
